Btw, located extremely close to the beach. Exceptionally comfortable bed, views of the sea. A roll-in shower, a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets available.

The hotel is brand new with reasonably large rooms. The location is stunning, being so close to the taxi rank, promenade, restaurants, shops, and transport links.

The apartment itself is spacious, stunningly beautiful, and in an unbeatable location. With amazing views and everything from the beach to shops and restaurants right at your doorstep, it’s perfect for us friends who love going out at night.

Check-in procedure could be confusing

We had a fantastic stay at the beautiful, spacious 3-bedroom apartment overlooking the harbor. The host was very communicative and the location was superb, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Alcudia is a great destination for cycling, with Pollensa and Formentor being favorites. The apartment was spotlessly clean, had a big, cozy balcony, and a lovely view of the sea. The hosts were always available to answer our questions and even printed out our boarding cards. Highly recommended!

OMG, the room was amazing! It had everything I needed, like a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven and kitchenware. Plus, the seating area with a flat-screen TV was super cozy. The private bathroom with a bath and bidet was a total game-changer. And can we talk about the dishwasher? Such a time-saver! And the fact that it had air conditioning was a dream come true for this hot summer weather.

Hmm, the only thing I wasn't too crazy about was the private entrance. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

I got great value for my money at Record Maritim II. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely view of the sea from the terrace. The location was perfect, with the beach, shops, and restaurants right at my doorstep. The staff were amazing and even let me stay later as my flight was in the evening.

Menu for breakfast could have had more variety.

I had a wonderful stay at a cozy and clean apartment in a great location. The beach, shops, and restaurants were all within walking distance. The balcony provided lovely views and was perfect for people watching. The host, Marga, was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us early access to the property. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and transport links. the views over the marina were stunning, and the apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of storage in the bedrooms. the apartment also had convenient amenities like a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave oven.

That there was no reception desk, and the check-in procedure was not very clear. once we made a call, the owner promptly arrived to assist us.

The apartment was mind-blowing! It felt brand new and incredibly clean, with a jaw-dropping view of the sea from the spacious and cozy balcony. The personnel were super helpful, always available to answer our questions and even printed our boarding cards for us. The location was extremely convenient, with supermarkets just a minute's walk away and a fantastic restaurant right next door. The big free parking area, just a five-minute walk away, was a great bonus. The seaside was perfect for families with kids, with calm and shallow waters and plenty of playgrounds. highly recommended for a fantastic stay.
